This was a good romance but not great. My main complaint is I had trouble getting past the way Gwen is portrayed in this story as opposed to in Symphony in Blue. Mallory is all the victim in Deux. I understand that this is Mallory's story, but she didn't really recognize any of her own mistakes she made with Gwen and why that relationship ended the way it did. We don't really see how she's changed to become now the perfect partner to Addy, who i loved. Maybe if I hadn't read Symphony first, I would feel differently about this bookI love Ms. Duncan's books and will keep buying them, but I don't recall seeing so many little editing mistakes as in this book.
